Age 83, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on September 29, 2018. Beloved wife to the late Bernard J. Berry; mother of Beth Revak, Chryse (Mike) Heuler; step-mother to Susanne (John) Perkun, James Berry, and Robert (Sarah) Berry; grandmother of Taryn (Tim) Madden, Chad (Maggi) Revak, and Philip and Eric Perkun; great-grandmother of Hayden Lee Madden; sister of Sharon Laundrie, the late Marlene Dees, and the late Edrienne Young; daughter of the late Vernes and Jim Conway. Lee’s family meant the world to her. She was so very proud of all her children and grandchildren. The one thing that could make her forget her pain was our baby girl, Hayden. Lee was also passionate about her church family. She sang for years in the choir at Baldwin United Methodist Church. Lee’s new mission is to “go be happy.” She is now free to do the things she loved: dancing, singing, reading, playing games, watching sports and a whole lot more. It’s time to reunite with family and friends she hasn’t seen in a long time. She’s at peace and “free.” Visitation will be held Monday, Oct. 1, 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, 15236. A Blessing Service will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 2 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations for expenses or contributions to Family Hospice and Palliative Care, 50 Moffett Street, Pittsburgh, 15243. Special thanks to the staff at Family Hospice and Compassionate Care Hospice.
